The issue of whether religious leaders can preach freely is not just an American one. The Becket Fund for Religious Liberty today submitted an amicus (friend of the court) brief (PDF format) with the Swedish Supreme Court calling for the Court to reverse the conviction of a pastor prosecuted for teaching made from the pulpit.
